Bruno bruno catalano prices Catalano Biography Bruno Catalano, of mixed Mediterranean origins, was born in Morocco in 1960. In 1975 he and his family were forced into exile. Having landed in Marseilles with the hop of beginning a new life, he still remembers the pain he suffered at being displaced. At the age of 18, he became a sailor, then an electrician; at 30 he became acquainted with pratique and clay sculpture through artists such as Rodin, Giacometti and Doésar.
